As most of us cope with the far flung reaches of a devastated economy and what this does to our travel/entertainment plans this summer, perhaps we might consider going for a few days to one of the music festivals here in the west. Some can be driven to. Others are a short, economical flight of an hour or two. Most have all levels of lodging and meal costs.
